Try out this Fish Pie recipe that Mummy found from Mother & Baby Magazine (Sept issue)
Here's her revised version:
Ingredients
500g potatoes, peeled and diced
4tbsps fresh milk
75g butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 honey tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 tbsps flour
200ml milk
225g cod fish fillets, skinned and cut into fairly large cubes
1tbsp chopped parsley
1 slice Kraft Singles Cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
Methods
1. Cook the potatoes in a pan of lightly salted water until tender (abt 15mins), then drain and mash together with 4 tbsps of fresh milk and half the butter
2. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan and fry the onion for 3 mins. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 mins. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 min (low heat). Add in the milk, bring to boil and cook for another 1 min.
3. Stir in the cod fish, parsley and simmer for 3-4 mins.
4. Place in the cheese and stir till melt.
5. Preheat oven for 180 deg c. Divide the fish mixture into 4 to 6 aluminium cups (depending on cup size). Top with mashed potato.
6. Brush the potato with lightly beaten egg and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.

I love this pie very much...Mummy let me finish all three for my lunch.
